A Recent Session That Reminded Me Why I Love What I Do


There’s something really special about watching a whole family come together—grandparents, siblings, cousins, and the chaos and joy that follows. My most recent session was just that: an extended family gathering filled with laughter, hugs, and the kind of love that only grows stronger over time.


We met at a beautiful local spot, and I had the privilege of photographing four adult siblings, each with their own families, six energetic grandkids, and two proud grandparents at the heart of it all. From the classic group shot to candid moments of cousins playing and grandparents snuggling grandbabies, every image told a story of connection.
